Feedback is an important part of the Local Offer.  It will give us the information we need to help shape the services and support offered to you in the future.

The Derbyshire Local Offer will continue to be improved over time and we will use your comments and suggestions to help us do this.

We will continue to modify, expand and develop our offer in response to feedback we receive and as we become aware of other services and provision which needs to be included.

We welcome feedback from anyone who uses the website and the services you find on it.  You can comment about any issue.  These issues may include:

  • the Local Offer website (what you like or dislike about the site, how easy it is to navigate)
  • comments about specific services you have used
  • services you need, but cannot find
  • providers that are not included in the Local Offer
  • any other ideas and comments you want to make.

To leave comments and suggestions, use the 'Your feedback and comments' link at the bottom of the page.  This will take you to an online form to complete that will be sent directly to us.

The local authority must publish comments on their Local Offer when the comments relate to:

  • the content, including the quality of existing provision and any gaps in provision
  • the accessibility of information in the Local Offer
  • how the Local Offer has been developed or reviewed.

Any publishing of comments will be in a format where an individual cannot be identified.
